What to expect: The participatory and highly supportive program includes:
Eight weekly 1-hr evening sessions
Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
Gentle stretching and mindful yoga
Group dialogue
Daily home practice of 10-15 minutes per day
8 weeks, 2.5-hour session per week & daily home practice.
